Include Email Marketing in Your Online Site Plans

Are your sites premium online inventory?  The web is filled with different kinds of content and more people are getting online.  One of the business models that people immediately try to use is online ads.
The idea is to generate web traffic to your sites and then leverage that traffic into income from ads.  Do you have the kind of content that advertisers want to pay for? What if you don't generate it?

Don't just think about the web traffic on the front end.  There is another way to stay relevant.  The concept of email marketing might seem old, but it is still a way to earn income.

Loading your content sites up with ads might be a turn off to some of your visitors.  Another business model for content is to get your prospects to sign up for an email newsletter.

The email newsletter could deliver even more valuable content to the people that really want it.  People love creating blogs and constantly updating their sites and this is a good idea, but if they are not adding a mailing list sign up box, they are potentially missing the long term game.

You can post some content on your blog and it just does not get the love that it deserves.  Email marketing gives your content another chance to reach your audience.

Creating high quality content for your site is job one, but you should not put all of your eggs into one basket. You want to open as many different revenue streams as you can.  Internet ads for the front of your blog or site is just about a given, don't forget to include email marketing in your online site plans.
