Create websites and start posting content to them.  Making websites with easy to use software is the way to get the job done.

The layout of a design is simple when you use a program like wordpress to develop your new sites.  You can find free and premium wordpress templates or wordpress themes on the web.

The next step is finding graphics and content to post on the new website.  For graphics, you could use your own talent and skills.  Find software programs that are simple to use.  You could also outsource some of this work for low cost designers on sites like fiverr.  

Getting content is up to you also.  If you like writing, you could just write for the site.  You might also want to check into private label rights articles for low cost or free content.

After you get your site going, you can start thinking about the future plans.  Are you going to keep on putting up new content?  Are you going to let your site stand alone as a niche site and drive traffic with paid advertising?  Are you going to build up a newsletter? You might even want to think about selling the site and doing the whole process over again.
