Start changing your habits. Getting it done the first time starts building a new habit. When you just keep on doing it, before long it is a part of your everyday habits.
It could be reading more, exercising, eat better. Start doing the new thing and then keep on doing it regularly. The habit is formed and it is a part of what you do.
Try to start a new habit that is going to help your home business. What will it be? Are you going to pick up the phone and start searching for new business opportunities? Are you going to spend a set amount of time per day brainstorming new products and services? Are you going to take time to take more action in your business?
Building new habits means jumping over some of the mental blocks. You might be afraid to pick up the phone and go after new clients. You might have a project that you want to do, but you keep on putting it off. When are you going to break the bad habits and replace them with new habits?
What habits if you were to start doing them could change your results for the better? Could it be asking for more business? Could it be putting more time into getting things done? Could it be tracking how you are wasting time?
Could your new habit be writing down your goals and making sure that you get them completed with no excuses?
